Sabor y Gratitud is an evening of delicious food from Latin American countries such as Guatemala, Cuba, Honduras, Venezuela, Mexico, El Salvador, and Colombia. Each dish is inspired by the history of one of the entrepreneurs in our program, some of which are the evening’s chefs! The dinner is a pre-fixed, coursed-out meal. Guests will be seated together, and with each course, they will hear stories of resilience, hope, new beginnings, and histories of memories from their home countries.

The first seating will be at 5:30 PM, and the second seating will begin at 7:30 PM. Guests are invited to enjoy complimentary beverages in the lounge between seatings.
